FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Some of the most common questions students have about studying with us in January.
The January intake is designed to make our most popular Postgraduate courses more accessible, giving you flexibility to choose a start date and duration that suits you. If you can't find a Postgraduate course you're interested in for January, we recommend exploring our Postgraduate Study page for a full list of courses available with a September start.
Please note: Some courses - such as professional health courses like Midwifery, Physiotherapy (Pre-Registration) and Nursing Science - are only available as a January start.
Generally, the only difference between our January and September courses is the length of time you have to complete your degree. Most courses offered in January run for a duration of 16 or 18-months, with the exception of Advanced Practice and professional health courses.
If you're interested in a course that is offered as both a January or September start, you'll benefit from the same course content, real-world learning experiences, and academic support, irrespective of the intake.
To apply, find your chosen course using the search tool on this page and click the 'Apply Now' button on thew course page to begin your application.
