Whether it’s a current employee or new recruit, Higher and Degree Apprenticeships offer the opportunity to develop talent within your organisation and shape the future skillset of your employees.

To compete and thrive in the current and future economic climate, organisations need to be underpinned by a skilled and knowledgeable workforce, equipped with the capability and mindset to take on the challenges of tomorrow.

Northumbria University's extensive higher and degree apprenticeship portfolio provides opportunities for employees to upskill and gain new or further qualifications in a variety of programmes. By accessing levy payments or government funding, businesses can provide employees with a recognised and relevant qualification, with little extra cost to the organisation.

Find out more information about Apprenticeships for your organisation below or contact us today to explore how we can develop your workforce.

Apprentice training is delivered by the University or sub-contractors selected and monitored according to the University’s sub-contracting policy. The rationale and governance of sub-contracting is approved by University Governance.
