Arezoo -amirkhaliliCurrently, researching alternative doping and recrystallisation techniques for cadmium telluride (CdTe) thin films. More precisely aiming to develop a combined sodium and chlorine treatment to promote additional grain growth in CdTe for structures prepared in the substrate configuration.
