July 2023 Academic Congregations

Extra tickets

Bookings for the July 2023 Academic Congregations have now closed.

Information about booking additional tickets will be released later this week (week beginning 5 June) and we will contact graduates by email with this information as soon as it is available.  Please note that extra tickets cannot be guaranteed and may not be released for all ceremonies if particular ceremonies are already at capacity. Any updates will also be posted on the website and on the student portal.

Your invitation includes a link to the Invitation and Information Guide, you must read this in full, it contains all the information about the ceremonies and tells you what you need to do before and on the day of your Academic Congregation.  Each student can apply for one graduate and two free guest tickets.
