Newcastle Congregations
The next Newcastle congregations will be take place between Monday 30 November and Tuesday 1 December 2026.
Invitations have now been sent to all eligible students.
Your invitation will include information about attending the winter ceremony, a link to book a place for yourself and your guests, and instructions on how to hire your gown.

Deferring your ceremony if you cannot attend
If you cannot attend your congregation ceremony for personal reasons, you can apply for deferral. Once you have received your invitation, you can opt to attend a future ceremony by completing the Deferral Application Form. Please note if you wish to attend a Congregation, you must attend within one year of being awarded. You should apply for deferral before the date of your original ceremony, any deferral applications submitted retrospectively will not be considered.
