Dipsikha Guha Majumdar

Dipsikha is qualitative researcher, with expertise in conducting Ethnography. Her research interests lie at the intersection of inequalities and entrepreneurship in Global South contexts. Her research centers around understanding the roles of business and other intermediaries in development interventions. In exploring such issues, Dipsikha draws upon diverse theoretical perspectives, with particular interests in intersectionality theory and decolonial feminism. 

Prior to joining academia, Dipsikha has extensive experience in International Development, CSR and Sustainability with corporations and non-profits in India. With expertise in research, stakeholder liaising, CSR program design and management, she has led development programs on rural entrepreneurship, sustainable livelihoods, and financial inclusion. Her work is published in Management Learning.
