Nathalie Dullage

I am a Lecturer in Children's Psychological Trainings (CYP-PT), a specialised suite of evidence based programmes designed to transform and increase access to mental health services for children and young people. I coordinate the Leadership and the co-produced parent carer peer support programmes and teach across the EMHP, CWP and SWP programmes. My employment background is in alternative education and children's mental health and my postgrad studies have been in education, psychology, and mental health neuroscience. My academic and educational experiences influence my research which centres on participation, action research, inclusion and student voice. For example my PhD research project provides a framework for mental health support teams to co-produce a whole school approach intervention using student voice as a resource for change. I also manage the Feeding Forward workforce development project, which supports children's mental health leaders to make sustainable and inclusive decision making around the recruitment, development and retention of staff.

Outside of work I'm a trustee for a charity that looks at the intersection of neurodivergence and mental health, and I'm a SEND and Wellbeing School Governor.
