GDPR - Complaints

If you wish to exercise this right to make a complaint about any aspect of the University’s processing of your personal data, you may submit a complaint to the Data Protection Officer either by submitting this complaint form, or by calling or emailing the University.  Although you are not obliged to use the form in order to make a complaint, by using it, it may make it easier for us to understand the nature and details of your complaint more efficiently.

In investigating your complaint, we will take every care to safeguard your privacy and confidentiality. However, if your complaint relates to the handling of your personal data by a specific member of staff, they will be made aware of the issue(s) raised in order to assist any investigations and to have an opportunity to comment on them.

In addition, it may be necessary to share your complaint with other parties within the University likely to be helpful in providing a solution.
