Why did you choose Northumbria University, Newcastle?

Partnership with my school (IDRAC Lyon); possibility to get a double diploma.

What do you think of Newcastle and our region and what are your favourite things to do?

Really great - safe and fun. Like to go to the sports events, and having drinks with friends

What has surprised you most about living in Newcastle and this region? What has impressed you most?

Very safe place; extremely welcoming.

Did you find Northumbria University welcoming? Was it easy to fit in?

Yes, very easy. Everybody is welcoming and nice.

What have you enjoyed most about coming to Northumbria University?

Excellent conditions to study!

What is your favourite place on campus?

Sport Central. The facility is fantastic with access to so many sports and teams. No matter what level you play at, there will always be an activity that you can get involved in.

What is the best thing about your course?

Few hours of class; lot of personal time; teachers were really helpful and easy to talk with.

What are the most valuable lessons you have learnt to date?

Self-discipline and time management.

What do you want to do in the future? What skills have you learned/improved that you think will be of most use in your future career?

Managing sports events; or managing a hotel. Management skills have improved.

If you could offer some advice to students thinking of coming to study here what would you say?

Don't hesitate, you won't regret it.
