Abstract

Thirty years spent moving between industry and academia have shaped how Dr Catherine Glover leads: creatively, purposefully, and always in relationship with people and place. As a strategic, business-minded thinker and female founder, Catherine uses communication, change management, somatic and neuro-educational practices to enable positive relations across diverse communities. She is currently building evidence for her businesses to achieve B Corp accreditation and to register Nature on the Board. Her integrated work focuses on eco-leadership, nature immersion, embodiment, and the relational systems that connect planet, people, and purpose. She seeks to create mindset and behaviour shifts through centring wellbeing, nature, creative health, and cultural engagement, viewing these as critical to meaningful learning, regenerative leading, and successful delivering of positive social impact.
