Why did you choose Northumbria University?

It was a dream for me to come to United Kingdom and persue my higher education. When I attended the education fair in India, I found that Northumbria had all the course modules that I needed to do. I was impressed with the way they treat the candidates..This made me choose Northumbria.

What happened during your first week in Northumbria?

My first week was amazing…I loved each and every day being in Newcastle. Walking around the streets of Northumberland Road, Grey street. The Buildings were so cultural. I feel that New castle is the right place for me to start a new life. The people were so friendly helping each and every small bit. I just loved discovering and exploring new things.

What was it about the course / subject area that particularly appealed?

The Course modules are framed in such a nice way that we will have a knowledge of what we are doing the next..

What is your favourite thing about the course?

My favourite part of my course is the Interaction with the other course students . This makes each and every individual think from other points of view

What recent projects have you been working on?

Presently we are working with GANT – A retail brand on opening new retail GANT store in UK. Also Improving the Management

How do you get on with your tutors? / How have they helped you?

The Tutors are really helpful in all the ways we need them to. They also give individual space so tha we can still pop in our new ideas.

What do you do when you’re not studying?

I try to spend my time in Library, listen to some soothing music. Explore Newcastle.

What is your favourite thing about Newcastle?

The City is very calm and peaceful unlike a buzzing city.

Have you used Student Services during your course?

International Student Advisers, Careers, Welfare?

 Yes, they are very helpful

What three words would you use to summarise your time here?

A New Beginning of My Career

Do you have any advice for anyone applying for your course, or is there anything else you’d like to mention that you haven’t had a chance to write about already?

I feel that the candidates who apply for the course should go through the course modules thoroughly and apply. They don’t have to feel scared at all. All the freedom is given to explore and think out of box
