Paolo is a Doctoral Researcher and a Member of the Digital Economy and Innovation Research Group.

Previously, he has worked for public and private entities in the Italian broadband market.

He is a Research Fellow in Industrial Economics at Universita’ Cattolica del Sacro Cuore, Milano.
