Our AlumniGlobal Entrepreneurial Talent Management 3 (GETM3) is an interdisciplinary research project funded by EU Horizon 2020 to improve employability and future global talent management to boost economic development and growth. GETM3 investigates current issues in the employability and management of graduates from a regional to global level with a view to improving business performance and economic development in transitional regions and countries. Northumbria is leading this consortium which is comprised of 16 partners in Europe and South Korea and runs for a four-year period.
The Living Lab, based at the School, facilitates organisations to transform their relationships with employees, partners and customers through the identification of creative and innovative approaches to complex problems. The Living Lab is part of the Co-creation of Service Innovation in Europe (CoSIE) project which is seeking new ways of using digital tools and open data for the benefit of society. Researchers are also part of networks such as the United Nation’s Principles for Responsibility in Management Education, the Marie Skłodowska-Curie Innovative Training Network, and the Enterprise Educators Foundation East Africa.
