Already Employed? 

Step 1: In order for you to be eligible to apply for our apprenticeship programmes, your employer needs to complete an application with Northumbria University. 

Step 2: They will need to confirm they would like us to be your education provider for your apprenticeship programme.  

Step 3: To start discussions ask your manager or training and development team to contact our Business Development Team by email or complete our online form to request a call back.  

Step 4: A member of our Business Development team will get back to you as soon as possible.

Not employed but interested in an Apprenticeship? 

In order to apply for one of our apprenticeship programmes, apprentices are required to be in full-time employment. The first step is to be offered a job with an employer offering an apprenticeship position, and then you can apply for the Apprenticeship programme via your new employer. Employers usually have their own process for applications for an apprenticeship vacancy and further details will be explained on the specific vacancy page.
