Dr. Liz, Nantunda holds a PhD from Teesside University and specialises in leadership and management strategies across diverse sectors, including retail, financial institutions, education, and the automotive industry. With a focus on international markets in UK and Africa, her research explores Leadership Relationships, Organisational culture and change, Responsible business practices, and Management strategies.
