Rebecca -Duston ,-Northumbria -University -webPrior to joining Northumbria University Rebecca worked within another educational establishment for 8 years where she was an HE Programme Leader for Business Management, a Hospitality Commercial Development Manager and Lectured in Hospitality. Before entering the world of education Rebecca worked in Hospitality Management in both independent and branded organisations.

Within her role as a Graduate Tutor Rebecca’s research for her PhD will be focusing on the rise and role of Social Enterprises and the motivation behind Social Entrepreneurs.
