-

Join us for an informal drop-in information session on joining the North East Solicitor Apprenticeship (NESA) consortium, hosted by Northumbria University, Muckle LLP, Sintons, and EMG Solicitors.

What is NESA?

NESA is a partnership between Northumbria University and a group of forward-thinking North East law firms, working together to offer Solicitor Apprenticeships. This innovative route enables firms to develop homegrown legal talent through a combination of paid, practical work experience and academic study.

Why join NESA?

  • Attract and retain top local talent through a structured pathway to qualification
  • Contribute to social mobility by opening doors to aspiring solicitors from a wider range of backgrounds
  • Collaborate with other firms to share best practice, resources, and experience
  • Benefit from a joint recruitment process – reducing admin and time, broadening access to diverse candidates, and increasing visibility for your opportunities
  • Build a long-term pipeline of solicitors trained in your firm’s culture and values
