This one-day seminar seeks to bring together legal professionals, academics, students, and trade unionists to explore the complex legal challenges at the intersection of justice, employment law rights, and living a reproductive life in the workplace.
Key themes of the seminar include:

• Fertility treatment in the workplace: the case for blurring the boundaries of pregnancy rights and protections

• Uncertain Futures: Intergenerational Stagnation and Equality in the Workplace
