From a young age, I've always been passionate about caring for others. This passion led me to pursue a career in healthcare, where I could make a meaningful difference in people's lives. My journey began with obtaining a qualification in Health & Social Care, which laid the foundation for my career.
I started my professional journey as a Care Assistant, where I gained invaluable experience in providing compassionate and person-centered care to residents. My dedication and commitment to excellence quickly became apparent, and I was soon entrusted with additional responsibilities.
Over the years, I continued to develop my skills and knowledge, always striving to deliver the highest standards of care. My hard work and perseverance paid off, and I was promoted to the role of Senior Health Care Assistant. In this role, I have the privilege of leading a dedicated team, mentoring new staff, and ensuring that our residents receive the best possible care. I take great pride in developing personalized care plans, administering medication safely, and fostering a positive and supportive environment for both residents and my team. Currently, I am a Team Leader at HC-One, where I continue to build on my experience and leadership skills. One of my career aspirations is to become a registered public health professional, and I am actively working towards achieving this goal as an aspiring UKPHR (United Kingdom Public Health Register) candidate. This certification will allow me to contribute even more effectively to public health initiatives and improve health outcomes on a larger scale.
My journey has been marked by continuous learning, dedication, and a deep-seated desire to make a difference. I am excited about the future and the opportunities to further my career in public health, always with the aim of enhancing the well-being of the communities I serve.
