Career Path: Head of Technology, Adval Tech

I started with an apprenticeship as Mechanical Designer and afterwards added the Bachelor in Science for Mechanical Engineering. During this time I had several engineering jobs in different fields of mechanical and electrical engineering. To improve my knowledge in management and economics, I added a Master of Business Administration, taking me to position of CEO. After several years successfully leading some business units and companies, I decided to focus on what I love, which is being creative and solve wicket technical problems and to improve a company's performances in doing things differently.
