We are looking to recruit a Quantity Surveyor who is either newly qualified or already enrolled, a highly motivated, enthusiastic individual to join our Progressive Company.

The role offers long term stability and a wide variety of works, with the potential for promotion within the business.

Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Prepare and submit applications for payment.
  • Undertake cost to complete reviews with the contract delivery teams.
  • Manage the commercial aspects of subcontract accounts from procurement to interim and final account agreement.
  • Preparation of the evaluation and submission of claims for variation works.
