Amy Brooks, Director of Student Records and Registry Services

Amy has worked at Northumbria since 2003, joining Academic Registry to oversee Congregation management. Since moving to her current post in 2020, the key aspect of her role is leading and championing student record assurance, development and management of student records systems.

Also leading on key registry services such as enrolment, DBS administration, examinations, congregations, smartcards, timetabling and student visa compliance.

The recently formed Student Data and Return Team with focus the coordination of all operational data, policy, advice, analysis and returns to statutory bodies for SLAS, enabling data driven strategy and operations.

Before joining Northumbria, Amy graduated from Northumbria’s Newcastle Business School and worked in the event management in the private sector.
