Surveys

Programme Level Surveys

Programme Level Surveys will be delivered to undergraduate and postgraduate taught students during their programme, unless exempt. The feedback is used to deliver holistic insights for programme leaders for the programme as whole. Quantitative data reports will be shared with Programme Leaders once the survey closes and in most cases, they will be required to meet with Programme Reps, hold a townhall style even with all students and complete the closing the feedback loop.

National Student Survey (NSS)

Northumbria University works with the Students' Union to actively encourage and promote participation in the National Student Survey (NSS). Responses are received and analysed for consideration in programme design and delivery, and allow us to benchmark our performance against the national picture.
