Is ethical business about creating the perfect for-purpose structure and growing it, or can you make an established business "ethical"?

About the Speaker: Andy Redfern set up his first social enterprise over 30 years ago in Colchester in Essex. His ethical business journey has led him join or found a number of social enterprises including Traidcraft, Cafedirect, Ethical Superstore, Natural Collection and most recently Green Heart Collective in Gateshead.
