As a team we provide strategic and operational advice and guidance in all employment matters and are committed to the development of our people and organisation. We deliver a range of central services including recruitment, contracts, pay and reward and occupational health.

We work to create an inclusive environment where our people are motivated, engaged and feel able to contribute to the University’s Corporate Strategy and the delivery of Faculty and Service Plans.

We achieve this through our strong customer focus, our commitment to high professional standards and by operating with integrity at all times. We work in partnership with our people to understand and meet their needs.

We believe in and embrace change, and are committed to continuous improvement. We want to add value through the way we work, every day, everywhere.
