Understanding the mechanism and structural biology of carbohydrate active enzymes in the metabolism of dietary glycans.

Use of enzymes in laundry and food industry.

Mining gut microbiota and enviromental samples to discover new enzymes with industrial applications, includingC AZYmes and copper oxidases.
