IJCLE/ACCLE Papers

All presentations will relate to the IJCLE themes:

  • Clinic, the University and Society
    How clinic contributes to civic society, social justice and the University’s contribution
  • Teaching and Learning in Clinic
    Integrating clinic in the curriculum
  • Research on the Impact of Clinic
    Evidence for the impact of clinic on students’ employability

Papers will also relate to the ACCLE/ IJCLE conference themes (examples of papers and topics given below):

  • Developing new clinics
    The governance of clinics within the university – what are advantages and challenges to various models?
    Community needs assessment – how to assess unmet legal needs?
    The focus of new clinics and the provision of services
  • The range of clinical provision
    How student clinics complement or compete with existing legal services
