Dr Wai Pang Ng

Wai Pang joined Northumbria University in January 2004. Before this he worked as a Senior Network Software Engineer at Intel.

EE Wai Pang Staffprofile 255I received my BEng (Communication and Electronic Engineering) from Northumbria University in 1997 and my PhD (Electrical Engineering) from the University of Wales at Swansea in 2000. I joined Northumbria University in January 2004. Before this I worked as a Senior Network Software Engineer at Intel. Currently I am working within the Optical Communication Research Laboratory research group.

My professional activities have included:

My research interests include optical switching, GMPLS, adaptive digital signal processing and cryptography.
