Application Process

When applying to university, there are a number of factors that should be considered. After all, it is going to be home for your son/daughter for the next few years, so a lot of thought should go into making sure it is the right place for them.

The application process can seem rather daunting, but help is readily available for both yourself and your child throughout the entire process.
Open Days are a great way to experience what facilities, staff and extra curricular activities the university has to offer.

Open Days give your child the opportunity to take a tour around our facilities and meet their potential lecturers that will provide them with information about the courses they are interested in studying.

We were given all the information we needed, people were on hand to answer our questions and I really felt that I had the whole picture of everything that was going on. It was a very, very good day and I would highly recommend Northumbria University's open day

Our courses are accredited by over 60 professional bodies

Make sure your son/ daughter decides on the institution that is right for them and meets their needs. Determining what they want from their student experience by understanding key factors like location and the type of course they want to study should help to make the decision process a little easier.
