Although some courses have specific requirements for entry, Northumbria will consider any qualification for entry to its courses.

People taking the following will be made an offer based on UCAS Tariff Points: Edexcel/BTEC National Diploma, A Level, International Baccalaureate Diploma. 
The required tariff points for each course will be displayed on the particular course page under entry requirements.
This applies to any tariff bearing qualification. You can check if your qualification carries tariff points with UCAS.  
We accept a number of approved UK University Foundation Programmes Typically 55% (however certain courses may have subject specific requirements and/or higher percentage, please see entry requirements on individual course pages)

Postgraduate Northumbria Graduate Certificate 50%
INTO Graduate Diploma  ADSS Courses - 50%

50% for courses requiring a 2:2

70% for courses requiring a 2:1 
UK Bachelor Degree (Honours) 50% for courses requiring a 2:2

60% for courses requiring a 2:1

Decisions for entry will also be based on personal statements, previous study information and not just your final course grading.
