We are currently experiencing a high volume of calls and emails.

If your call is urgent and you still wish to contact us, you can call applicant services on 0191 406 0901, opening hours Mon-Thurs 8.30am-5pm and Friday 8.30am-4.30pm (The office will be closed from 5pm on Thursday 7th May until Monday 11th at 8.30am)

If you are a current applicant, please use the 'contact us' button on your applicant portal. For other enquiries you can use the form below, or send us an email. We will respond as soon as we can, but please be advised there may be a delay at this time.

Any call into Applicant Services/Admission Support will be recorded for training and quality purposes. If you do not wish your call to be recorded, please mention this to the Advisor who answers your call, and the recording will be deleted. Any calls that are recorded will be automatically deleted after 6 months
